Barista - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista or similar role
• Knowledge of coffee preparation tools, techniques, and recipes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Good communication skills in English and/or Arabic
• Immigrant status is welcome

Job Description:
• Prepare beverages such as espresso drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, etc. according to customer's order specifications.
• Greet customers and take their orders promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, recipes, preparation methods, quality standards and presentation techniques.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly; refilling supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all coffee machines are in proper working order; contact service technicians if problems arise.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items; inform them about current promotions and specials.
