Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative activities of the office and providing secretarial support to the senior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming phone calls and emails.
• Prepare memos, letters, and other documents as required.
• Organize meetings, conferences, and other special events.
• Maintain updated records of office inventory, supplies, and expenses.
• Manage travel arrangements for staff members as necessary.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as filing invoices or payments.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads.

Salary: 1100 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
