Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring smooth daily operations of the office. As an Administrative Assistant, you should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime if necessary
