As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing drinks according to customer orders; stocking the bar with drinks and supplies; cleaning glassware; providing excellent customer service; taking payment from customers; mixing ingredients to create classic cocktails or inventing new ones; following health and safety regulations; and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, handle cash accurately, multitask effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
