HR Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and recruitment activities.

The successful candidate should have an excellent understanding of HR practices and procedures, strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You should also have an excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.

The successful candidate’s duties will include:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures
• Managing recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing and onboarding
• Maintaining employee records such as hiring documents, performance reviews, leave records etc.
• Assisting with employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary procedures
• Overseeing performance management processes including appraisals
• Designing and conducting training programs
• Assessing training needs in the organization through surveys etc.
• Supporting the development of talent management initiatives
• Keeping up to date with changes in employment law.
