Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300AED/Month (We are ready to consider an immigrant)

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role in a similar environment
• Proven track record of successful customer service and satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of food quality, safety standards, equipment and operational procedures
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure when needed
• Ability to lift up to 50kgs when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including maintenance and repairs, staff management, budgeting and customer service
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers get the best experience possible
• Hire staff, conduct training sessions, assess employee performance and provide feedback when necessary
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as sales revenue generation
• Maintain proper hygiene standards in the restaurant premises at all times
• Ensure that all food safety regulations are implemented correctly according to local laws & regulations

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should be able to lead a team of hospitality professionals towards achieving common goals while providing an outstanding customer experience. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within the restaurant. The successful candidate should have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members while also being able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. The Restaurant Manager will also need excellent communication skills as well as a good understanding of local laws & regulations related to food safety.
