Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including organizing staff, managing the budget, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have extensive knowledge of restaurant management systems and customer service principles.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily operations of the restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee staff performance and provide training when necessary.
• Create menus with appealing dishes that meet nutritional requirements.
• Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and other relevant laws.
• Manage the budget for the restaurant and identify areas where savings can be made.
• Plan promotional activities to increase customer traffic and boost sales.
• Organize staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Manage inventory levels of food items, beverages, equipment, etc., to maintain optimal stock levels at all times.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant management roles required.
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives in a competitive environment required. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. • Demonstrated ability to handle stress in a fast-paced working environment required. • Immigrant status must be valid for working in Abu Dhabi or willing to apply for one if accepted for the role is preferred but not mandatory.
