Job Summary
We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the security field and looking to take on a challenging role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring security protocols within the organization, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and developing strategies and policies to improve safety and security. In addition, they will be responsible for managing security staff and resources, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, and liaising with relevant partners.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of security protocols, legal standards, and safety regulations. They should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Furthermore, they should have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners. A university degree in security management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. The successful candidate should also be willing to work flexible hours when needed and must be able to pass a background check.
