Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced banking environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing bank and help provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and responding to inquiries accurately and professionally
• Handling cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals
• Processing loan applications, credit card applications, and other banking transactions
• Cross-selling financial products such as savings accounts, insurance policies, and mutual funds
• Assisting customers with their accounts by providing account balances, transaction history, and other account information
• Performing daily administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and reconciling accounts
• Maintaining the security of the bank by following all safety protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience working in a banking environment • Knowledge of existing banking regulations and procedures • Excellent customer service skills • Outstanding communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
