Bank Teller position available in Abu-Dhabi.

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a well-rounded knowledge of banking operations and processes. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month and we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
• Welcoming customers and providing them with accurate information
• Processing a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing
• Collecting customer information for account opening
• Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and procedures
• Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
• Balancing cash drawer daily
• Cross selling bank products and services as appropriate
• Assisting with other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a bank teller role preferred; however, we are willing to consider entry level candidates with no experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations and procedures is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Ability to interact effectively with customers in person or on the phone • Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions is preferred
