Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in order to meet company targets.
• Monitor performance of sales team and ensure they are meeting expectations.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, build relationships, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Establish goals for sales performance and manage a budget accordingly.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, progress, and forecast future sales growth.
• Liaise with members of other departments such as marketing to ensure successful projects completion.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in Abu-Dhabi market place
• Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools
• Outstanding organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Salary: 1700 AED /month
