Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience in the housekeeping industry, and a passion for providing the highest quality of customer service. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all housekeeping activities in order to ensure that the hotel premises are kept clean, tidy and safe at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities as Housekeeping Manager will include, but are not limited to, overseeing all aspects of cleaning activities at the hotel, training and supervising staff members, developing strict cleaning protocols and procedures, creating effective checklists for daily operations, ensuring that housekeeping supplies are adequately stocked and ordering new materials as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring guest feedbacks on cleanliness of premises and ensuring compliance with health codes and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess an excellent knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards. A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not essential. Furthermore, you must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members while maintaining high standards of performance. Excellent organizational skills are also required in order to plan ahead tasks and handle multiple activities simultaneously. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of any additional language is an advantage but not essential.
