Construction Manager (Abu-Dhabi, 1000 AED/monthly)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 AED/monthly with the possibility for advancement. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish, ensuring the project is completed within budget and on schedule. The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of construction methods and regulations, as well as experience in project management and leading teams of construction workers.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
• Develop and implement project plans, including cost estimates, work timelines, and quality control plans
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the building site
• Monitor progress against established milestones
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on site
• Maintain accurate records throughout the construction process
• Resolve any disputes or disagreements between contractors or other parties involved in the project

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in an Abu Dhabi setting
• Extensive knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Working knowledge of all facets of the construction process
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
