Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and assisting customers in their dining experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered on time with a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience as a waiter and be familiar with the local area.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers when they arrive at the restaurant
• Take orders from customers accurately
• Serve food and drinks to customers
• Make sure all food served is of high quality
• Manage payments from customers accurately
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals
• Ensure restaurant is tidy and tables are properly set up
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Clean up after customers have finished their meals
• Offer suggestions related to food or drinks when appropriate

Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least two years of experience as a Waiter in a similar role • Able to work independently without direct supervision • Excellent customer service skills with an eye for detail • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask • Knowledge of the local area is desirable but not essential
