Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, while also helping us maximize our profit potential. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be organized and able to work with a team of professionals. This role pays a competitive salary of 1100.00 per month and we are willing to consider foreigners for the position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans that will drive the sales of the company's products and services, while also helping to grow the company's customer base. This includes creating campaigns that target both existing customers as well as potential new customers. Additionally, this individual will work closely with other departments to ensure that all marketing initiatives are properly implemented, tracked and measured for effectiveness.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We require an individual who is highly organized and has excellent communication skills (written/verbal). The ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint is also required.

This position requires someone who is able to work well under pressure, use creative thinking when it comes to problem solving; have strong leadership skills; possess good negotiation skills; have good problem-solving skills; possess strong analytical abilities; must be flexible with working hours/shifts; must be comfortable travelling as needed; must be familiar with the local market trends in Al-Kuwait; must possess a valid driver’s license; must be fluent in English (Arabic is preferred).
