We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for the recruitment activities of our organization.

The salary for this position is 1,000. We are open to considering immigrants for this role if they have the necessary qualifications and experience.

The primary duties of the Recruiter include: collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, posting job ads and managing the hiring process from posting through onboarding; screening resumes, interviewing job candidates, and conducting reference checks; creating job descriptions; conducting assessments and evaluating candidates; negotiating pay and other terms of employment; maintaining accurate records in the HR database; providing feedback to applicants throughout the recruiting process; coordinating new hire orientation, and more.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven recruiting experience, be comfortable using a range of recruitment techniques (e.g. social media recruiting), have great organizational skills, and be able to understand an organization’s needs quickly and accurately. Experience with no experience is also accepted as well as knowledge of local labor laws.
