Al-Kuwait is hiring a qualified Security Manager to ensure the security of our premises and personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security policies, coordinating security operations, and performing investigations.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This role requires someone with the ability to identify potential threats, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role.

The Security Manager will be expected to manage personnel, liaise with law enforcement when necessary, ensure compliance with government regulations, maintain records of security activities, and train new staff members on security protocols. As part of the role, you will be expected to evaluate existing security measures on an ongoing basis in order to identify any areas that need improvement. Problem-solving skills are essential as this role requires you to develop innovative solutions to any security issues that arise.

We offer a salary of 1400 per month plus benefits for this position. We are open to considering applicants from outside Kuwait who can provide proof of legal authorization to work in the country.
