Radiologist - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a highly qualified Radiologist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of medical imaging principles and advanced knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The applicant should have an exceptional technical understanding of all aspects related to radiology, including x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT scan, PET scan and other imaging technologies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Radiologist or relevant position
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to make accurate diagnoses quickly
• In-depth knowledge of medical imaging principles and techniques
• Familiarity with common diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Familiarity with radiology equipment
• Working knowledge of PACS systems
• Ability to act calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Licensure from the Kuwait Medical Board or equivalent in Radiology or Diagnostic Imaging
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language is preferred but not required.

Job Description:
The Radiologist will be responsible for performing all types of radiologic services including diagnostic imaging (x-ray, MRI, ultrasound) as well as interventional radiology (angiography). The incumbent will assess patient conditions before procedures; interpret images for accurate diagnosis; monitor patient progress during the procedure; assist in developing treatment plans; consult with other healthcare professionals as necessary; provide explanations to patients regarding their conditions; keep detailed records; ensure all equipment is in proper working order; communicate effectively within the team environment; stay up to date on new technologies and techniques; take part in continuing education activities to maintain licensure.

Salary: 1200 KD per month
