Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
Position: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1700 QAR/month
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative and organizational skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure. The Secretary will be the first point of contact for all visitors, suppliers, and customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and customers, providing refreshments and directions as needed
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner and redirecting them to the appropriate person or department
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for Executives, arranging conference rooms as necessary
- Maintaining filing systems both electronic and physical
- Preparing documents such as memos, letters, reports, spreadsheets etc. as requested by Executives
- Processing invoices and other payments in accordance with company policies
- Collecting information from various sources as required by Executives for project completion or other purposes
- Assisting in organizing events such as seminars, meetings etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Ms Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
