We are looking for a Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Doha. The successful candidate must have strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. They will be expected to oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory role. They must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A university degree or equivalent qualifications is preferred but not required.

The responsibilities of the Supervisor will include monitoring staff performance, ensuring that deadlines are met, providing guidance for staff members, and managing customer relationships. Additionally, they must ensure compliance with company policies while promoting a positive work environment and maintaining high standards of customer service.
