Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: 1500 AED

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Must have strong knowledge of design principles, fabrication techniques, and engineering standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other related computer-aided design software (SolidWorks, ProE, etc).
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai and willing to consider a foreigner for the role.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Design mechanical systems and components to meet customer needs.
• Test prototypes for performance and reliability under normal operating conditions.
• Prepare detailed drawings of parts or assemblies that incorporate engineering changes or modifications.
• Perform calculations related to the development of new designs or the improvement of existing designs; evaluate materials for use in projects according to established specifications; analyze test data and prepare reports on the results of tests conducted on products or components developed during projects. • Monitor the manufacturing process of mechanical components; ensure that all mechanical parts are assembled correctly and are functioning properly; troubleshoot problems with existing designs or components for possible solutions or alternatives; coordinate with other departments on product development activities as needed. • Develop testing procedures for mechanical products; develop strategies for improving product life cycles and cost effectiveness through value engineering initiatives; stay abreast of advances in technology related to mechanical engineering systems; maintain knowledge about current industry trends related to mechanical engineering processes as well as safety regulations and standards
