We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in construction, engineering or architecture to join our team in Dubai. This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, leading a team of professionals and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the construction industry.

The Project Manager must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction related field and at least 5 years of experience working on large-scale building projects. Knowledge of relevant international building codes and regulations is essential for this role. The successful candidate must also have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, be highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Project Manager will report directly to senior management and will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and completion of all assigned projects. They will also manage resources and ensure that all project deliverables are met according to quality standards while adhering to tight deadlines. Additionally, they will monitor progress, manage change requests, ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables and handle any other tasks related to project management.
