Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, from staffing to customer service.

Job Description:
• Responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including hiring and training staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing financial performance.
• Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of menu items and food preparation techniques.
• Supervise all staff members, including scheduling shifts and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Implement best practices in safety, sanitation, customer service, and proper food handling procedures.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to increase revenues.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.

What We Are Looking For:
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or similar role required (we are ready to consider an immigrant).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to think under pressure with good decision making capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in developing teams by providing feedbacks efficiently & motivating them towards achieving objectives & goals set by the organization.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite) with strong knowledge of point-of-sale systems is preferred but not mandatory.
