We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently by providing leadership and direction to staff. The successful candidate will have a passion for food quality, customer service, and developing an exceptional team.

The successful applicant will have the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members. You should be able to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment and be able to provide effective leadership, training, development, and guidance to staff. We are looking for someone who is organized with good time management skills who is able to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

The salary for this position is 1200 per month plus performance bonuses when applicable.

To be considered for this role you must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business or hospitality management or related field; have at least two years of experience working in the restaurant industry; proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent communication skills both written and verbal; knowledge of food safety regulations; strong problem solving skills; good customer service skills; ability to manage time effectively; ability to lead a team effectively; valid driver's license is preferred but not required. We are also open to consider those who are immigrants with similar qualifications.
