Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the staff to ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, great customer service and be able to work well under pressure.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, including hiring and training staff, managing budgets and ensuring that high standards of customer service are consistently met. The Restaurant Manager must be able to develop strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, as well as implementing plans to achieve the set objectives within budget. The Restaurant Manager will also be required to ensure that all laws and regulations regarding food safety and health are adhered to.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with proven success in managing people and processes within a food & beverage establishment. Any qualifications related to hospitality management would be highly desirable but not essential for this position. Additionally, fluency in English is essential along with knowledge of local culture in Dubai is preferred but not essential. We are ready to consider applicants from abroad as an immigrant worker.
