Office Assistant – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will perform various administrative and clerical tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with no experience to join our team and gain valuable working knowledge of our company.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail
• Maintain filing system
• Prepare reports and documents as required
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Assist with the ordering of office supplies
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers
• Provide general administrative support to other departments as required
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literacy with knowledge of standard office software (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to organize information accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1500 AED/month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
