Truck driver job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver for a full-time position in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must be able to transport goods safely and efficiently, maintain the truck in excellent condition, and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

The responsibilities of the Truck Driver are to:
• Operate a commercial truck on assigned routes.
• Load and unload goods in accordance with safety regulations.
• Adhere to all applicable traffic laws, including speed limits, turns, and parking regulations.
• Keep accurate records of cargo weight, hours worked, fuel consumption, and other data as required by law.
• Make sure that cargo is properly secured prior to departure.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of the truck before each trip.
• Maintain communication with dispatch or other drivers regarding delivery locations or changes in route.
• Regularly inspect the truck for mechanical defects or needed repairs and report any issues to management immediately.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance like checking oil levels, tire pressure, etc., as needed.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A valid driver's license (We are ready to consider foreigners)
• A clean driving record with no violations or accidents on record
• Knowledge of road signs and traffic laws in Al-Kuwait
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Arabic
• Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation systems accurately
