We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills, who is able to effectively perform the duties of a Phlebotomist with accuracy and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of prior experience working in a similar position, as well as a valid certification in phlebotomy. Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety regulations is also required. In addition, the ideal candidate should be able to speak English fluently.

As our Phlebotomist, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1500 per month. Other benefits include flexible working hours and additional training opportunities.

Your primary role will involve collecting quality blood samples from patients in accordance with established protocols, handling blood samples for transport to the laboratory, labeling collection tubes accurately, and ensuring that all equipment is correctly maintained and sterilized between uses. You will also need to maintain accurate records of each patient visit and report any irregularities or procedural issues immediately to the supervisor. Furthermore, you must be able to provide patient education on the importance of regular testing as part of their healthcare routine.
