We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

This position offers an annual salary of 900, and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

Your primary duties will include overseeing recruitment and selection processes, developing new policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws. You will also be responsible for managing employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers on all personnel matters, and overseeing the performance management process. In addition, you will work closely with the executive team to develop strategies that improve organizational effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in Human Resources management with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
