Job Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen, excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and styles, good communication skills with both colleagues and customers and a high level of customer service. Additionally, proficiency in English is essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Duties:
As a Chef you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for our customers while adhering to company standards in regards to food quality and presentation. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff including assigning tasks, overseeing food preparation and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for working within budget constraints while planning menus and creating new recipes. You will need to ensure that stock is ordered regularly while maintaining accurate records of all purchases as well as keeping up-to-date with current trends in cooking styles. Finally, you should be willing to work flexible hours when required.
