Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Doha. As a Chef you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our guests. You must have a strong culinary background and the ability to create delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position is available immediately with a salary of 1100. We are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus
- Monitor food preparation and presentation standards
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner
- Manage food safety protocols according to company guidelines
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Regularly check supplies and order new items when necessary
- Maintain records of food costs, sales, wastage, etc.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a chef or related position
- Proven track record in creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients
- Excellent knowledge of different cooking techniques and methods
- Ability to effectively manage kitchen staff
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
