Job Title: Accountant

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1600 KWD/Month

We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are open to considering an immigrant applicant for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the business, including bookkeeping, accounting, budgeting and auditing.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Candidates should also have at least 5 years of relevant experience in an accounting role. Knowledge of QuickBooks is highly desired. The successful candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem solving skills and sound judgment. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Track expenses and revenues to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop and manage budgets for various projects
• Manage audits by presenting financial statements and other documents as needed
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide guidance on tax filings as needed
