Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and construction of civil engineering projects, as well as providing expertise in the areas of infrastructure and building materials. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the area.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models of civil engineering projects.
- Oversee and direct construction works to ensure that they meet specifications.
- Identify potential problems with projects before they become issues.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure accurate record keeping of project progress and documentation.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other specialists to ensure that all aspects of a project are properly coordinated.
- Negotiate contracts with contractors for materials and labor services within budget constraints.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years' experience as a Civil Engineer is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is essential for this role.
- Excellent problem solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant software is required.
