We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys for land development projects and providing accurate mapping solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field with minimal work experience in a related field. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting research and field surveys to determine land boundaries and other legal descriptions

• Preparation of detailed maps and drawings of surveyed areas
• Establishing and verifying land boundaries using aerial photographs, boundary markers, topographical maps, and physical evidence• Assisting with the development of property descriptions for deeds, deeds of trust, leases, etc.• Maintaining records of surveys and data collected during surveys • Establishing control points to ensure accuracy of measurements• Utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment to measure positions on the ground
