Sales Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales operations and achieving sales targets for the company. You will be expected to lead and motivate the sales team, develop strategies and plans to increase sales volume, and generate new ideas for increasing revenue.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Monitoring customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
• Analyzing customer needs and market trends to identify potential business opportunities
• Establishing effective relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
• Supervising the sales team, setting individual goals, assigning tasks and tracking performance
• Developing pricing strategies that optimize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Managing inventory levels based on forecasts of customer demand
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
