Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for developing and consistently delivering creative and delicious meals to our customers. You will be expected to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including ordering ingredients, overseeing staff, developing menus, and ensuring that food is cooked according to health and safety regulations. You will also work with other members of the kitchen staff to create innovative dishes that adhere to traditional recipes while still offering a unique dining experience. We are offering a salary of 1500 AED per month and are open to considering applicants from abroad. Ideally we would like an experienced chef with a minimum of 3 years’ in a similar position, however we are also willing to consider candidates who may have less experience but demonstrate extraordinary passion for cooking.

Responsibilities
• Developing new dishes, menus and recipes that adhere to traditional recipes while taking advantage of modern cooking techniques
• Overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen including ordering ingredients, organizing staff schedules and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
• Preparing high-quality meals in accordance with customer orders
• Training kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and recipes
• Working with other chefs in the kitchen to develop creative dishes that offer unique dining experiences
• Managing budgets related to kitchen operations

Qualifications & Skills
• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting
• Proven ability to develop creative dishes that adhere to traditional recipes while taking advantage of modern cooking techniques
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage budgets related to Kitchen operations
