We are seeking a talented Chef for our restaurant in Zayed City. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, a creative drive and an eye for detail. We are offering a salary of 1300 per month and are open to considering foreigners for the role.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• A culinary degree or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent understanding of different cooking techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of nutrition and food safety regulations
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages preferred)



Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals according to the menu plan, standards, recipes, instructions, or customer requests
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and in accordance with health regulations
• Manage kitchen staff including providing direction, training, scheduling, and performance feedback
• Monitor food stock levels to ensure there is enough produce to meet demand
• Develop new recipes or modify existing ones based on customer feedback



Skills:
• Exceptional culinary skills with an advanced knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to manage stress in high-pressure situations
• Experience with ordering supplies, budgeting, scheduling staff shifts & managing inventory levels
