At our company, we are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resource activities, as well as developing and executing plans to ensure the company's long-term success. The successful candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to communicate effectively with staff members.

The job responsibilities include: creating policies and procedures; developing recruitment strategies; maintaining employee records; performing background checks; coordinating training programs; providing guidance on payroll issues; and conducting employee performance reviews. The HR Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, handling disciplinary actions, administering benefits programs, developing compensation plans, and staying up-to-date on applicable labor laws.

We offer an attractive salary of 1500 AED per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance coverage, flexible working hours, holidays off work for religious events, etc.

We are willing to consider candidates with no prior experience in the HR field but they must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field. The ideal candidate should also have excellent organizational skills and be knowledgeable about employment law. Being bilingual is an advantage but not required.
