We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that customer service and food quality remain at a consistently high level. A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role is desired.

The Restaurant Manager will be required to hire, train and supervise staff members; handle customer complaints and queries; create rosters; plan menus; develop marketing strategies; ensure health and safety standards are met; oversee stock control and ordering of supplies; keep records of sales, wastage and profit/loss figures; maintain good relationships with suppliers; manage budgeting and financial reporting and ensure legal compliance in all areas.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. A successful candidate should also be confident with technology such as POS systems as well as being able to accurately analyze financial data.
