Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Phlebotomist is to collect blood samples from patients in order to perform medical tests. The Phlebotomist must also ensure that all procedures are carried out safely and accurately according to the highest standards of quality control. Additionally, they will be required to keep accurate records of each patient’s blood sample collection process.

Requirements
• Certification as a Phlebotomist or related field
• Previous experience working as a phlebotomist in a hospital or clinical setting
• Experience with blood draws and laboratory processing procedures
• Excellent communication skills with both patients and medical staff
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in high-stress situations
