Security Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to provide security services to our company and ensure the highest levels of safety and security for our staff, customers, and property. The successful candidate will be paid a salary of 1800 AED per month. We are open to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, the Security Manager will manage all security-related activities and ensure that all policies are implemented in accordance with the law and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising security personnel; monitoring surveillance systems; conducting periodic inspections; responding to incidents; preparing reports; updating security policies; liaising with law enforcement agencies; developing emergency plans; conducting background checks on employees; and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security strategies
• Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, protocols, and guidelines
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills
