Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, strategies and procedures in order to protect our people, property, information and other assets from theft, vandalism or other harm
- Monitor security team activities to ensure that they are following established protocols and procedures
- Design and implement access control systems to secure key areas of the company premises
- Respond to reported security incidents in a timely manner by investigating the incident, gathering evidence and taking corrective action where necessary
- Monitor CCTV footage and other security surveillance equipment as required
- Facilitate emergency response plans in case of security threats or incidents

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in security management or related field preferred but not essential
- Proven experience as a security manager or relevant position is advantageous
- Knowledge of security operations such as access control systems, CCTV monitoring etc. is essential
- Excellent problem solving skills with ability to handle difficult situations calmly under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
