Job Opportunity: Manager, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position, and be able to handle the day-to-day operations of our business.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of the organization
• Set clear objectives and goals to ensure that the team is operating as efficiently as possible
• Direct, manage, coordinate, and evaluate all activities related to overall operations and projects
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operational activities of the company
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
• Analyze data to make informed decisions related to operations management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a managerial role required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
• Excellent problem-solving skills required
