Mason – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Mason to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a wide variety of masonry work, including brickwork, blockwork, stonework and plastering.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform skilled masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork and stone-setting.
• Prepare and lay bricks, blocks, stone or other masonry materials to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches and other structures.
• Read drawings and diagrams to determine the appropriate materials to use.
• Finish corners and joints using a variety of tools such as trowels, chisels and hammers.
• Mix mortar and apply waterproofing materials to surfaces as needed.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Mason or similar role within the Construction Industry
• Knowledge of different types of masonry materials such as blocks, bricks, stones etc.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Salary: 900 AED (negotiable depending on experience)
