Job Description:
The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all construction activities on site. They will ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget with high levels of safety. The Construction Manager will be in charge of supervising workers, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients. They must also be able to identify potential issues or delays before they become problems and take steps to mitigate them.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively
