We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Our travel agency is dedicated to providing the best customer experience, ensuring that each of our clients receives the highest standard of service when booking their travel plans. As a Travel Agent, your primary responsibility will be managing the booking process for our clients. This includes researching and recommending suitable destinations, airlines, hotels, car rentals, and other services, as well as creating itineraries that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for providing quotes and estimates for our clients’ travel plans.

In order to be successful in this role you should have excellent interpersonal skills as you will need to build relationships with clients. You should also have good organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively in order to book multiple trips simultaneously. A working knowledge of booking systems would be an advantage but is not necessary as training can be provided. An eye for detail is essential in order to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
