We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and providing hiring recommendations to the management team. You will also be responsible for tracking applications, onboarding new hires, and assisting with employee retention efforts.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. You must also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Experience in recruitment is preferred but we are open to considering an immigrant with no experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have an extensive network of contacts in the local job market and be able to reach out to potential candidates through various sources (e.g., social media, job boards). You should also have strong interviewing skills and a thorough understanding of employment law. Additionally, you must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate contracts on behalf of the company.
