We are seeking an experienced Security Manager for a position in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to deliver security services in a professional manner. They should have an extensive knowledge of security procedures, be able to evaluate security risks and develop appropriate procedures to protect the company's assets.

The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of all personnel, property, assets, and information of the company. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations, monitoring security systems, conducting investigations into any suspicious activities or threats, and responding quickly to any urgent security matters. The Security Manager will also be expected to create training programs for personnel on safety protocols as well as develop strategies for dealing with emergencies or natural disasters. Additionally, they must stay up-to-date with the latest technology in order to maintain a secure environment.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written; as well as strong problem solving abilities. A degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred but not necessary. Candidates with experience working in the Middle East are encouraged to apply.
