Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Florist to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating unique floral arrangements and helping customers select the best options for their needs. The selected candidate should have an eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of popular flower varieties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 QAR. Foreigners are welcome to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create unique floral arrangements according to customers’ requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting the best flowers for their occasion or project.
• Order supplies from vendors when necessary.
• Keep the shop stocked with fresh flowers and other related products.
• Clean work areas regularly and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
• Participate in promotional activities such as flower shows, workshops, etc..
• Provide advice on flower care and maintenance to customers as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree/diploma in floristry preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a florist or working with flowers preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards clients
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
