Business Manager - Doha

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a great opportunity for a self-driven individual who is eager to work with a dynamic international team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of commercial strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for managing the operations of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing strategic business plans that promote organizational objectives
• Identifying new business opportunities by researching industry trends and markets
• Establishing goals in line with corporate objectives and plans
• Analyzing financial data to identify areas requiring cost reduction or increased efficiency
• Developing effective marketing campaigns that target existing consumers as well as new customers
• Monitoring customer feedback to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
• Assisting in the recruitment, supervision, and training of personnel
• Maintaining excellent relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, customers, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience; experience in the Qatari market preferred
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve desired results
• Excellent communication skills – spoken & written
• Fluency in English & Arabic languages preferred

Salary: 1400 QAR/month (negotiable based on experience). We are ready to consider a foreigner.
